The Idaho State University Meridian Health Science Center, along with our partnering organizations, is pleased to offer free Community Health Screening events throughout the year. These events are FREE to adults over 18 who have no insurance, or who have limited access to preventative health care.

The services offered include:
-Basic Physical Exam/Assessment (Includes Blood Pressure Check, Medication Review, and Disease Education)
-Depression & Alcohol Screening Questionnaires
-Oral/Dental Health Evaluation & Education
-On-site Testing for Blood Sugar Levels, Cholesterol, HIV, Hepatitis C, and Syphilis
-Flu Shots (as supplies last)
-Hearing & Eye Screenings
-Nutrition Assessment & Education
-Traumatic Brain Injury Screening
-HPV vaccine for 19 and older

The next event is coming up on January 21, 2016 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church, 707 W. Fort St. Boise, ID 83702.
