Description:
K-12 students are invited to get quackin' on their entries to the Idaho Junior Duck Stamp art contest! Drop by the Deer Flat National Wildlife Refuge visitor center near Lake Lowell to have fun, create art, and learn about Idaho waterfowl. Art supplies are provided at this FREE event! Contest deadline is March 15, 2016.
