An introduction to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle in Nampa, Idaho. A course on exercise and nutrition hosted by The AIM Companies and Snake River CrossFit.

Cost $140.00 includes instruction from certified CrossFit coach as well as nutritional supplements.

First four classes at The AIM Companies at 3923 East Flamingo Ave. Second four classes at 1415 1st Street South in Nampa. 6:30 PM on Thursdays
