This class introduces the novice entrepreneur to the organization of a business. Students will learn about different communication channels and create an operations flow chart. Along with group discussions, class activities will include online tools from the HP Learning Initiative for Entrepreneurs (HP LIFE) program.

While the class is open to anyone, the material is targeted to the entrepreneur who has not started their business or has little to no business experience. This is the second class in a series of four; participants are not required to attend all sessions.
