Off Center Dance is honored to be performing their eighth season in Boise at the Boise Contemporary Theater. New works include two by each of OCDs choreographers, Katie Ponozzo and Kelli Brown. Folding and Unfolding is inspired by the ancient art of origami and the fascinating exhibit Folding Paper. Complete with original choreography by Kelli Brown, costumes by Angela Rockefeller, Off Center Dancers and poetry by The Live Poets.
A beautiful collaboration of music, art, words and dance folded into a single night. The Five Stages of Grief by choreographer Katie Ponozzo explores the process of human emotion in this stunning work. Wrap up the evening with a new piece again by Katie Ponozzo. In this work, dancers will use athletic aerial silk skills to fly through the air in a visual feast for the eyes!
