MDA Muscle Walk is an all-inclusive, one-mile walk put on by and for the entire MDA community. Muscle Walk is accessible for individuals and families affected by muscle diseases or other physical limitations, regardless of diagnosis, progression, or physical ability. Walk, roll, or drive your chair to the finish to make a difference in the fight against muscle disease!

New this year, the Superhero 5K Fun Run and Walk is a concurrent race along the Boise River Greenbelt for teams and individuals of any ability. Find the nearest phone booth, pull on your tights, grab your cape and flex your way to the finish line!

Join us now to fly your cape and FLEX in the fight for a cure! It's free to register, and MDA provides all the tools you need to help raise vital funds for research. Every dollar raised and every step taken supports the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Southern Idaho/Eastern Oregon. Join MDA this year to give HELP and HOPE to local families affected by muscle diseases.
