Imagine No Malaria and the First United Methodist Church - Cathedral of the Rockies are hosting a 5K fun run, "Faster than the Pastor," on Friday, May 13, 2016 at 6:30 pm at Ann Morrison Park in Boise, Idaho, as part of our commitment to save lives in Africa from malaria.

Malaria is caused through the bite of a mosquito and left untreated, can cause organ failure and death. A tragic reality is that every sixty seconds, a child under the age of five dies from this disease. But the solutions are not expensive -just $10 can save a life. Our comprehensive program fights malaria through prevention, education, communication, and treatment. Through Imagine No Malaria, every registered participant for this race will save a life!
