After 60 years, Godzilla finally lands in Boise! This is the original 1954 monster classic that is making its first American tour just this year, in time for Godzilla's 60th anniversary and newest movie in the series. Most Americans remember the edited 1955 American version, censored and remade for a postwar audience. Instead, you will see the classic as it was intended: a postwar drama intended to unite Japan still rebuilding from WWII and deeply concerned over nuclear weapons. The movie will be shown the day before the newest Godzilla movie hits theaters.
