Stop by and meet Steven J. Koonce who recently released his new book, Idaho Beer: From Grain to Glass in the Gem State. In a state famous for producing great potatoes, it's easy to forget about Idaho's barley and hops. Koonce's book surveys the best brewers as he tracks Idaho's brewing heritage and offers an in-depth look at Idaho's vibrant modern beer scene.
